All shipments arrive in discreet packaging, whether shipped from the store or from one of our distributors.

- We ship within the USA, its territories, including military addresses and to Canada
- Orders $100 and over receive free shipping
- Other than from Canada, we currently do not accept international orders
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8
- We ship our packages in plain boxes or padded envelopes through the United States Postal Service or UPS
- The return address on your package label will read: GR Boutique, 329 2nd St, Eureka, CA 95501
- There will be no outward reference to the sexy goodness inside the box
- If we do have to declare contents for any legal reason, such as Canadian customs, your purchase will be appropriately named ‘chocolate’ ‘lotion’ or ‘sporting equipment.’
- Orders are processed within one business day with few exceptions
- Your order may ship directly from our store in Eureka, CA or in rare cases from one of our trusted suppliers.
- Shipping within California usually takes 2-3 days
- Shipping to Canada is at the mercy of the Canadian postal service.
Returns
- We will try to help you find the best products for you because we cannot accept returns
- If a product you buy from us turns out to be defective, and it isn’t convenient for you to return the item to us, we will help you access the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
- If you purchase a product that has a manufacturer warranty (noted in the product description) and you need to use the warranty, contact us for guidance. In most cases, we need to confirm the product’s malfunction, will provide you with a new product, and then return the defective item to the manufacturer for you
- Due to the intimate nature of most of our products, including lingerie and chocolate, other returns are not permitted.
